Barrish Pelham & Associates, Inc. is now in its third generation as a consulting structural engineering firm in the Sacramento area. After being founded by Mr. George Goodall in 1945, the firm prospered under Mr. Goodall and subsequently Mr. Jack Barrish.  The current principals of the firm are Mr. Stephen Pelham, Mr. Peter Sandlin and Mr. Ian Williams.

Over the past 60 years, Barrish Pelham & Associates, Inc. has maintained an excellent reputation for providing our clients with quality engineering, timely service, and good old-fashioned common sense. We are dedicated to continue in this tradition. The design philosophy of our firm is centered around creating a structural system which is safe, economical and sensitive to client needs. Each project receives the careful attention of a principal to insure the best possible result is achieved in accordance with this philosophy.  The overwhelming majority of our projects are for repeat business clients who share our vision.

Barrish Pelham & Associates, Inc. staff includes three registered structural engineers, seven civil engineers, four project engineers, four BIM/CAD professionals and four administrative support staff for a total of 22 employees. The technical capability of our firm is enhanced by the use of the latest structural engineering design software linked with AutoCAD and Revit.
